Or two, or three. I love 'em! Did you know I chose the name Slow Brew for my business after I finished a barista course? I told the other students that, in my humble opinion, slow brewed coffee always tastes better. 

But there's more: preparing a delicicious cup of coffee is a process. It's life as a living prayer.

Every action in that process contributes to the end-result. You choose. Do you choose to rush through it or do you take your time? Slow Brew is a reminder, both for myself & the community, that we are allowed to take it slow.
