Or two, or three. ;) I happen to love 'em. 

Did you know that I chose the name Slow Brew for my bizz after I finished a barista course? I told the other students that, in my humble opinion, slow brewed coffee always tastes better. 

My own expression made me think: preparing a delicicious cup of coffee is a process. It's life as a living prayer.

Every move you make in that process contributes to the end-result. You choose. Whether you choose to rush through it or you take your time. Choose wisely. Slow Brew is a reminder, both for myself & for the community, that we are allowed to take it slow.
